They show up in the routing tab on ASA
Alerting on these are not possible yet as they are not defined alert entities (yet)
Also, ASA only reports tunnels that are active/up, if a tunnel is inctive/down, it doesn’t show up. So besides a tunnel count I don’t think there is any way to alert on these ?
Easier way would be to use IP SLA’s, if you have the possibility.

We don't currently have support for collecting tunnels in this way.
For future reference: if we support it, you don't need to ask about it, because you would already see it collected.
