[Observium] Alerts?

Hello,

I'm new to observium and want to use it for my VPS monitoring. I must say it looks very good!

I'm still struggling with 2 things:

- how can I create email alerts for system load, memory usage, ... ? - Under my device there is the following text Unknown (configure /etc/snmp/snmpd.local.conf), what should be specified in that config file?

It's all very new for me. I never setup any monitoring service before.
