[Observium] Issue with 95th Percentile for Billing

Hi All,

New here. :)

I have an issue with the billing of traffic. I want to bill according to 95th percentile but for some reason it is always 0Mbps. It can plot my traffic for incoming and outgoing but it always show 0 for my 95th percentile.

Any advise on this?
