So that means the graphs where I do not see any metrics, its just ms?
If that is true I am seeing 7-8 ms spikes for few graphs which seems high as well.

You /almost/ get let off for being confused by rrdtool's legend of "700m ms".
This means 0.7ms.

I understand this is the ping statistics between my Observium server and the network device. I am seeing really high values for the ping statistics. Almost ~ 600 ms for some Arista 7050-64R and for others spikes as high as ~7 secs.
In actual, the RTT between the Observium server and these devices should by around 0.4-0.5 ms. Please see the attachment.
