Thanks for the information. I don't mind updating the database. But then, will the changes to the way alerting operates affect the database layout ? Using the API was a way to avoid caring about that ;)

Alerting rules aren’t yet in the API because we plan to change how they operate in future.
You can directly modify them in MySQL, which is probably a similar level of difficulty to using the API, given that most of the complexity is creating/modifying the rules themselves J

I am interested in updating the alerting rules through the API, is that feasible ?
And if so, is there documentation for it ?
