We are not using any other transport other than email. With a bit more digging it seem to correspond to CPU alert only. I’ve just deleted it to see if it re-occurs.

This has been reported to us before, but we have not been able to get to the bottom of it, what is causing this.
Is it always followed by a correct alert? (at least that's good news).
Does the "modify" link point anywhere or is it also using an empty ID?
Are you using any other transports than e-mail? If yes, I assume they don't experience this issue?
