Managed to run it without errors after a quick review and posted a patch at http://jira.observium.org/browse/OBSERVIUM-219

Some files even "errored" on the first line so maybe many changes never got to the database in production installations, any ideas about how to check schema "consistency"?. Missing indexes for example would never be noticed in small installations..
