[Observium] Clear switch stats

HI all,

I have two questions,

1) How can I clear switch port and billing stats once a new customer takes over a server ? 2) How can I assign ports as customers in the paid observium ?

Customer ports are hp vc flex-10 ports so I don't think I can assign a per port description.
