We had similar issue before and finally resolved. Please check your cron and rrd folder permission. Please note that the you cannot use cron -e to add task.

I have a slight issue with my graphs. I’ve installed the free version of Observium and can log into the web interface easily.

When I add a device to Observium using the CLI it has no issue adding the device. However, when I run a ./poller.php –h all it says that there is no rrd directory.

All the graphs have a “Data Error” on them.

 

So, I create the rrd folder and run again. Then data populates. However, it doesn’t list any graphics for the graphs.

The graph is present without issue but there is no traffic.

 

It is all of them (System, Netstats and Poller).
