[Observium] Alert check for only one Nexus Fex modul

Hello

I have a Nexus switch (hostname is sw01) with lot of FEX. I would like to check only one FEX (fex name is Fex-120) Die-1 temperature value.

I go to Devices > Network and select „sw01” device, select Health > Temperature and there i see every FEX sensors.

So i would like to create a check for Fex-120 Die-1 if over 45C i would like to get an alert.

I tried to create alert check but i am not able to set up correctly.

This check get all of FEX temperatures:

Device Match: hostname match sw01 Entity Match: sensor_class equals temperature Check Conditions: sensor_value greater 45

What i have to modofiy to get only the requested FEX’s Die-1 temperature?
