I'm not sure why it's trying to insert tx_bytes and rx_bytes into the device table. Those fields are only used on wifi radios!
What is that device? (57, 58 and 59)

It is also good for db fixes, but that try to find entries with bad INSERTs to billing. Something like:
$ grep 'bill' /opt/observium/logs/db.log | tail -n 10
Nothing.
