Yes, that cache does not need to be monitored. I assume this is put in the config file?

I'm not sure why that isn't working (the opening * is superfluous), but if those mounts are unimportant, you can exclude them from the poller with :
$config['ignore_mount_string'][] = '/usr/vice/cache';
This should remove those entities on the next discovery (./discovery.php -h all -m storage)
