Hi All

our subscription ran out yesterday and we forgot to change our card details so our subscription wasn’t renewed

I’ve clicked the modify button on our subscription on the subs page and updated our details

now what do i do? how long does it take?

the is another button at the bottom of the page saying 'Purchase Subscription' and I’m worried if i do that ill get a new user and pass OR be charged twice

also the is no contact information on the Observium website hense why I’m having to email the General list instead
