[Observium] cannot add hosts anymore

I am running version 0.13.6.4133 and noticed that I cannot add hosts anymore. The web interface doesn't error out but when I try the command line I get:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function getHostOS() in /opt/observium/includes/functions.php on line 497

Can anyone else reproduce that...or advise on how to fix it. Thank you.
