That did it.

cd /opt/observium

chmod 755 rrd

Then I noticed that when I ran ./poller.php –h all there were some errors in snmp.conf. I must have left some lines there in my troubleshooting yesterday. As soon as I removed them and polled again the graphs began to populate.

Thanks a lot!

Is there a way to submit articles for the FAQ? I’ve documented this error and what I did to fix it. I have a few other minor ones as well I could submit.

We had similar issue before and finally resolved. Please check your cron and rrd folder permission. Please note that the you cannot use cron -e to add task.

Hello Observium Members,

I have a slight issue with my graphs. Ive installed the free version of Observium and can log into the web interface easily.

When I add a device to Observium using the CLI it has no issue adding the device. However, when I run a ./poller.php h all it says that there is no rrd directory.

All the graphs have a Data Error on them.

So, I create the rrd folder and run again. Then data populates. However, it doesnt list any graphics for the graphs.

The graph is present without issue but there is no traffic.

It is all of them (System, Netstats and Poller).
