This is what I have in my config.php regaring wmi.

 

$config['wmi']['domain'] = "your-domain";  // Shorthand Domain/Workgroup (ie. not domain.local.com)

$config['wmi']['user'] = "username"; // Username

$config['wmi']['pass'] = "password"; // Password

$config['wmi']['modules']['storage'] = 0;

$config['poller_modules']['wmi'] = 1;

If you setup wmi you need those credential as in the Jira?
