[Observium] Forcing location based on IP

Hi Guys,

I would like to insert location data based on the IP address, but I want to write a script that will auto update this into the DB. We are adding 100s of devices over the next few months, some on them doesn't support SNMP Location (yeah, I know....)

We have decided to just override the location in Observium for all systems, even if they support it or not.

By the looks of it, the data goes into devices_locations ?
