[Observium] List of installed application / running process

Hi,

Can I have wish to improve monitoring system :) Is possible implement for devices Custom OID with list like examples bellow or implement list of install application snmptable -v1 -c Public servername .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.6.3

or list of running processes snmptable -v1 -c Public servername .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.4.2

and possibilty create alert when running process is not in the list ;-)
