Try this:

$config['rancid_configs'][]             = '/usr/local/rancid/var/AS/configs';

Hi,

I've done the whole thing even the chmod the directory and added rancid to the www-data group but it still doesn't work.

Also commented the rancid_suffix changed the rancid_configs to different ways but observvium still doesn't show any configs also i made sure that i was logged in as admin the highest user. The rancid is working and gets the configs from the accesswitches the wright way so I can rule the rancid out off the problem.

Anybody have another suggestion ??

Hi Marc,

http://observium.org/wiki/Configuration_Options#Rancid

remove $config['rancid_suffix'] if they not needed.

Hi all,

We have the paid version Observium v0.14.3.5133 in the free version our rancid config was working after update to the paid version we get no configs anymore.

The tree of the rancid is the following

/usr/local/rancid/var/AS/configs <-- for the accesswitches all cisco

The config.php about rancid is the following:

$config['rancid_configs']['AS']             = '/usr/local/rancid/var/AS/configs';
$config['rancid_suffix']                = 'NOT NEEDED '; // Domain suffix for non-FQDN device names
$config['rancid_ignorecomments']        = 0; // Ignore lines starting with #

We don't get any config in observium to view did we something wrong ?
