Is there output from the ports poller in there?

Something like :

Port virbr0(3) HC Octets, HC UcastPkts, VLAN == bps(10.0kbps/1.97kbps)bytes(204kB/40.1kB)pk

The fact that you get NaN instead of a graph error means that it has created the RRDs.

And check the ownership of those RRDs. Sander
