 We had the same thing happen to us. My guess is that our SVN creds were reset from some reason. I logged into the Observium subscription website (we have an active sub), retrieved our username and password, and re-entered them into the server to solve the problem.

    I have two separate instances of Observium Professional running at
    separate organizations and both have seen attempts to update using
    SVN fail over the last few days.

    I do not believe either subscription has lapsed (the date for each
    is later in the year IIRC).
