Dear Mike,

 

This is still not working for me.  I have upgraded, polled, unchecked and rechecked the override box but still no joy.  This is the line in the config that works perfectly for the snmp devices that correctly report HEX as their location.

 

$config['location_map']['HEX'] = "Harbour Exchange Square, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, London, England, United Kingdom";

 

And this is a screen shot of the node as requested is below.  As you can see the location of the device does not then reconcile to the full address following a rediscover.
