[Observium] Upgrading to SVN stopped SNMP on my Zhones

ZNID-GE-2424-NA-0GN- Zhone Indoor Network Interface Device; Release S2.5.073;

We're looking at an 8 port zhone as well (better for triple play).

I had 40 in that I need to monitor usage for but because of the SNMP issues affected by existing method of usage collection I have to take them out until I know i have a stable new setup for them with this.

We have more but don't need to collect stats on all of them as that usually becomes somewhat cost prohibitive.
