[Observium] Script environment variable OBSERVIUM_TIMESTAMP empty

hi, i am using a custom script for my alert notification and i use some of the environment variables defined here: https://docs.observium.org/alerting_transports/#script

recently i noticed that the environment variable OBSERVIUM_TIMESTAMP returns null. this seems like a bug...is it? should i report it in Jira?
