I have a bunch of Cisco 3750x (15.0.2se4) that exhibit a similar behavior.  No matter the power value, they are all in warning.

does anybody know how the PoE Thresholds for Warning and Error State are calculated?

 

I have got (Juniper EX) switches which can Provide up to 740W but the warning limit is set to 37W for some reason.
