I get the same error messages.  My php.ini is in /etc/php5/php.ini and mine is set to unlimited

memory_limit = -1

Your PHP has a memory limit for cli. This is weird, what distribution of Linux are you using?

 

You can fix it by increasing the memory_limit option in the relevant php.ini file. There are probably separate files for cli and apache.
