Yeah we seen this too, we just create billing by using ports page of device by selecting port and "create bill" menu

we're unable to add any new ports to bills setup in traffic accounting. We can choose a device under "Add New Port" but the interface dropdown below won't populate at all - it will stay empty.
We tested this on chrome and firefox and on various operating systems.
Anything known in that regard?
