Hi Mike.

 

The map for a switch looks like this:

 

 

The LLDP-output from the switch is:

 

 

So for some reason, only the host on Ethernet 15 is in the Observium map. But there are a lot more hosts connected on that server.

 

I ran the discovery in debug mode and the output was massive. There might be information in there that we can’t share, so I need to go through that before I can post here. I can see that Observium is trying to discover all the hosts it finds via LLDP, but that’s not possible since they are VMware ESXi servers and don’t do SNMP. Would that be the reason why they don’t populate the map?
