This very much depends on what it is you want to graph. Take a quick look at the "developing" part on the wiki and see if that makes things clear.

Pretty sure it won't 100% as a large part is missing, but it might give you an idea :)

Nope,

MIB just describe these counters it won't add support to observium.
Patch is need to add support of new device/mib

Can you tell me where and what to add, I could give it a go then share it if I am successful.
