[Observium] how to create a monitoring to mysql and ms sql on windows machine using observium ?

Hello All,

we have one way to monitoring mysql4, mysql5 and mssql server that we have on windows 2003 32bit, 2008R2 64Bit and 2012R2 ?

i talking about same type of monitoring that we have observium monitoring mysql5 on Linux machine using unix agent

any friend have one tutorial about this ?
