Usually this is caused by permissions problems. If you discovered/polled the device from the CLI with a different user than what observium is polling with then you can get into these problems. Check the rrd directory and see if there are discrepancies with ownership and permissions.

I have just added a Juniper EX4200 to my kit then added it into Observium, however for some reason it does not list the ports. The JunOS is the same version as my other switches which are fine and if I discover the switch manually on CLI by device ID it appears to retrieve them fine.
I have checked the SNMP config of the device against my other ones and they are the same so assume it is maybe something else.
Any tips on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
