You use Pro or CE edition?
If Pro, show output from log file:
$ grep ifAlias /opt/observium/logs/db.log | tail -n 5
if CE or log empty, than show debug output for ports poller:
./poller.php -d -m ports -h <your_device>

As I see, your device store in ifAlias "CircuitNo", which for some reason is constantly changing:
