Hi,

 this is limits of standard sysUpTime.

When device support (report) extended sysuptime, like 
SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIB::snmpEngineTime.0

device uptime shows more correctly.

Specially for linux (with net-snmp) we support 2 extended ways for fetch correct uptime:
 1. https://docs.observium.org/unix_agent/
 2. https://docs.observium.org/device_linux/#accurate-uptime

Not sure about Netgear device,
if possible please provide SNMP access to it (for my dev ip 77.222.50.30)
or make full snmp dump like this:
 snmpwalk -v2c -c <community>  --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
 snmpwalk -v2c -c <community>  --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk
