Not really, it's a little outside of my experience, I've never really done billing integration.
It's probably the kind of thing you could get someone to knock up in a few days if you have any PHP/perl coders at your place.

We don't have anything official, but it shouldn't be too difficult to pull the data out of the billing history table and shove it in to whatever invoicing system you want to use.
We're not really likely to ever get involved in invoicing or dealing with currency from our side :)
