I would also like to leave a message of protest against the policy
community and paid versions. I can understand the reasons, but I do not agree at all.
Here's the thing, I'm going to guess you're not writing emails like this to companies with a paid only software model, so your problem appears to be they're giving you a free version. Tom's solution is perfect.
As Remco points out you're welcome to write your own software.

The CE version is release once every 6 months with a huge shitload of hard work in it without you even having to pay a single penny for it. These "tools" are used for monitoring networks. Networks that are operated to service customers. Customers that pay our bills and provide us with food on the table. If there's anyone building these tools for free it's great but don't expect top notch service. We pay the 100 pound a year and we get fantastic bug fixes and the latest and greatest software. You pay nothing? You still get a very good piece of software. I don't think Tom was being rude. He just made a joke that kept me laughing the whole morning.
Get a life and build your own tool..

Just think education fits anywhere, his response was rude. As I said in the original topic, I can understand the reasons for doing different versions, but I disagree. There are other ways to make money from free software. Anyway, do not want to disrupt the list with bullshit, come take a doubt, but I think anyone here wants to help you for helping. Rest assured, this is certainly not the right tool for me, thanks.

Let me get this right... you're looking for the devs to effectively work for free and then abusing them when they find this suggestion unpalatable.
I'm not even a dev and I think you should take a long walk off a short pier.

I am not surprised by his answer, she just demonstrates the seriousness and probably the 'bright' future that the software will.

Hi,
Thanks for your input, we'll consider removing the community version.

Prezados, boa noite! Obrigado.
Dear, good night! I wonder if you can already activate the Google map, same as the demo, in observium page, using the community version. I would also like to leave a message of protest against the policy community and paid versions. I can understand the reasons, but I do not agree at all. If anyone can answer my questions about the google maps thanks! Thank you.
