Hi Eric,

The Autodiscovery protocols are only required to discover that a new device has been added to the network automatically, it's not a pre-requisite to add something to observium. They're not even used in the discovery of characteristics about an added device, they just aid in the addition of new devices.

Yah. That I've got configured; but I thot I read
(http://docs.observium.org/autodiscovery/) that a discovery protocol was
required before Observium would find it?

I suppose I can discover them manually?
