Here is a picture:
I can click the CBQoS link and get traffic by class. Here is another picture. Policy is BW-ALLOC and class is DEST-T7-STAFF.
As I say, I purchased a subscription but reverted back to CE because it wasn't supported (there was no CBQoS link to click).

There's definitely nothing in CE which is more developed than in the subscription edition, which by its nature is newer (currently 6 months) than CE.
The CBQoS stuff shouldn't even be in CE, that it is is a mistake. :D
