This question could have been asked a few times now, but I cant find the answer in the mailing list archive.

My question is:

Before the new release in April the alerting system was checked and in brackets 'Future Release'. In April the new CE release was released. 

Is the alerting system present in the new CE version? If so, how can I create alert checkers on for example storage?
