[Observium] Increase polling interval to 10 minutes?

I have a few Cisco Nexus switches with over 1k ports/interfaces.

Since it takes quite some time for them to finish polling, is there any way we can increase the polling interval from default 5 minutes to say 10 minutes? Can we just increase the interval for these few devices, or we have to increase it for all?

Any pointer or documents showing how it can be done? I'm a bit new to Observium.
