In your postfix setup, you'd somehow told it that dingit.dk was a local domain, and so it was trying to deliver the mail to a local 'it' user, which didn't exist:
Aug 30 07:50:04 observium01 postfix/local[7153]: A1BF51205: to=<it@dingit.dk [mailto:it@dingit.dk]>, relay=local, delay=0.17, delays=0.08/0.08/0/0.01, dsn=5.1.1, status=bounced (unknown user: "it")
Thus the mail was rejected!

I removed postfix and tried with sendmail which was working...
so my conclution is that
1. LAMP in ubuntu installs are not the best way to go.. 2. i'm doing something wrong during postfix install
Thanks for all your help guys!!

Hi Casper, Ahh yes! Hard to see on mobile! That alert has an entity type of device, you need to create it as storage. Everything else is OK. Adam.
