Hi Team

since I've upgraded to Observium CE 26.1.14545, my Telegram notifications stoped working.

 ./test_alert.php -d -c <contact_id> works and it sends a test message which is also received by Telegram, but

./test_alert.php -d -a <alert_entry> gives an error  (in which it among other thing says: "Oops! Something went wrong! You may want to report this to the Observium developers.")
