What I want is getting an overview of the flows, bridges and interfaces on the OVS. Not the NICS that shows in the host.
From what I’ve read snmp is not supported by openvswitch.
So this is not something that is possible to integrate into observium?

This isn't actually an issue related to Openvswitch or Observium.
You simply need to install and configure net-snmp on the VM running Openvswitch.

Hi,
Is there any plugin for observium to monitor traffic that’s being handled by a OpenVswitch?
We have built an openstack-environment and it’s built on openvswitch with neutron, I would love to see the integration to be able to see traffic on OVS-ports.
The only option we have today is going zenoss monitoring, from what i’ve found out there on google atleast.
If there’s no solution for this I would suggest someone building one as the lack of monitoring openstack and virtualswitches are big.
Thanks
