I saw the new featuers vor HP-HH3C switches

especially, I'm interessed in to

hh3cTransceiverCurTXPower
hh3cTransceiverCurRXPower
I had some hp-5900-af switches with firmware  "Software Version 7.1.045, Release 2311P01 HP 5900AF-48G-4XG-2QSFP+", but there no rrd-files for the new features.
 
What is the problem?
