[Observium] access graph, and alerts using API

Hi Team,

Using API, I was trying to retrieve below information but could not figure out from the documentation provided.

* graph (for processor, memory, etc) * device alerts for a specific time period (say past week/month) * we can pull the alerts, but not for a specific time range

Appreciate if you could please help.
