Screenshot attached of the Graph Errror(s)
“It seems that none of the graphs are being generated. “Error Drawing Graph” or “Draw Error” where the graphs should be.” There are placeholder images where the graphs should be.
I don’t believe is a value issue as I see traffic statistics in the “Ports” information pages but the ability to create the subdirectories and subsequent files defined in the original post.

ERROR: creating '/opt/observium/rrd/fw. redacted.local/status.rrd': No such file or directory
ERROR: creating '/opt/observium/rrd/fw.redacted.local /ping.rrd': No such file or directory
ERROR: creating '/opt/observium/rrd/fw.redacted.local/ping_snmp.rrd': No such file or directory
There are no files or folders created under the rrd and graphs directories.

You’ll have to be a bit more specific than that.
Is it not drawing graphs at all? Are you getting NaN as values? Do you just not believe the numbers?
Try doing a manual polling of the device through the console, and specify the –d flag for debugging, and see what comes back, with an optional –r to have it not update your values.
