After spending lots of time investigating the issue I came to the conclusion it's a software/compatibility issue.
Observium was updated to latest revision 8101 today (and still not working) and below are the details from the About page
Observium 0.16.9.8086 (9th September 2016) OS Linux 2.6.32-642.4.2.el6.x86_64 [amd64] (CentOS 6.8) Apache Apache PHP 5.6.26 Python 2.6.6 MySQL (extension: mysqli 5.0.11-dev) SNMP NET-SNMP 5.7.1 RRDtool 1.5.5
Any hints ? What I find strange is that extension 5.0.11-dev, Observium server has MySQL 5.5 installed, however the mysqli extension is the one shipped with PHP 5.6

I am trying to debug the issue, the problem is that db queries don't return any results in Observium, instead the same query executed directly in MySQL CLI works fine. Any hints ? Observium can access the database because I am able to login using my admin account

Are you using a user which doesn't have access to any devices?

Hi,
I am having an issue with latest Observium release 0.16.9.8086 (9th September 2016), after updating to latest revision the discovery/polling is still working fine according to logs, however the web interface shows 'No devices found' and can't access any data. Any hints on how to solve this issue or investigate further ? Resetting the search parameters doesn't help.
Best regards, Alessandro
