[Observium] Unhide the hidden showtech tab

Hi,

Does anyone know how to unhide the "showtech" tab for all the devices?

For example, go to somewhere like; https://observium/device/device=17/tab=ports/

And change the "ports" for "showtech".

http://observium/device/device=<device_id>/tab=showtech/

This page is useful, and would be nice to have the button on the device page instead of having to remember a URL hack, when debugging missing data or problems monitoring devices etc (esp when using rancid and smokeping like we do).

Hoping their is a secret config.php switch :)
