[Observium] Syslog issue

I want to integrate syslog with my observium and i am following all these steps http://docs.observium.org/syslog/

I am using rsyslog, I have point my Cisco gears to observium and i can see in tcpdump logs are coming from cisco routers, now issue is i can't see them in GUI interface, how do i troubleshoot now?
