[Observium] Attach the 'Email Contact' to the alert

Hi Observiumers !

Is it possible to specify the email contact for each "alert checker" without setting it on the sysContact of all the devices ? It's to send emails for different recipients that are related to the alerts and not the devices :-)

PS: I'm running the latest version of Observium (susbscription edition)
