[Observium] Performance Data Aggregation

Good morning

Maybe this is a silly question, if so sorry for disturbs

If we collect performance data for almost 20k devices and we're interested in perform trend estimations with data for last 12months, does observium implement any aggregation method in order to avoid have an unmanageable amount of performance data stored?, if so, can you point me out to the proper place where i can find some information that can help me to understand the way this work is done?
